Arizona will hire former San Jose State strength coach Cullen Carroll as its next Director of Strength and Conditioning, sources confirm to GOAZCATS.com.
Carroll will succeed former strength and conditioning coach Tyler Owens, who served as the Wildcats' strength and conditioning coach the past three seasons before leaving and joining former Arizona head coach Jedd Fisch at Washington.
The new Arizona strength and conditioning coach spent the last two seasons as the Head Coach of Football Athletic Performance at SJSU.
Prior to his time with the Spartans, Carroll served as the Director of Football Sports Performance at Stanford for four seasons.
Throughout his coaching career, Carroll has had 35 of his players drafted in the NFL.
