GOAZCATS.com caught up with Arizona head coach Rich Rodriguez to reflect on Year 1 and look ahead to what's in store for 2013.
-Rodriguez outlines what he wants to see the most starting this spring.

-The coaching staff has changed this offseason, and Rodriguez gives his thoughts on the addition of Jim Michalczik, the promotion of Charlie Ragle, and also gives a timeframe on when he hopes to hire a new safeties coach.
-With the announcement of FieldTurf to be installed at Arizona Stadium, the Wildcats will now be able to practice inside the stadium in the fall. Find out how often Rodriguez plans to have the team practice on the new artificial surface.
-Arizona also is losing one defensive lineman but two more may return to the program in 2014.
-The football program also hosted its junior day last week. Find out who was in attendance and which recruit was close to giving his pledge.

One four-star prospect even came from out of state.
