As camp season rolls through things will start to become more with many programs and where their options stand going into the summer. Camps tend to bring more new offers and with that can come decisions. Arizona has already felt it with a handful of new commitments since the start of the month and at this point it might not end any time soon.

Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei safety Xavier Bell is one prospect who recently had Arizona come through with an offer and it is a big one in his overall recruitment. The 6-foot-2 prospect is at a talent-rich school, but his recruitment is just getting started and the offer from Marcel Yates and UA's staff will be an important one for him.

"I really wasn't expecting it at first," he said. "He hit me up on Twitter and I didn't think much of it until I gave him a call for the really good news. Once it came I was humbled and I'm just looking forward to everything that is coming now. I'm going to keep working and keep grinding and we're going to see what happens."

Even though an offer from Pac-12 school could start to generate even more interest from other big programs Bell is approaching his recruitment a little differently than some of his peers. He doesn't plan on waiting out the process and seeing opportunities slip away because of it. For now his plan is to commit early in the process.
