Arizona debuts multiple uniform combinations for 2016-17 season

There were plenty of rumors about it throughout the summer and on media day Sean Miller gave a glimpse into what was coming and Monday morning Arizona finally decided to unveil its uniform combinations for the upcoming season. Taking an ode from Oregon there will be colors and not all of them are going to be red or blue.

There will be seven combinations for the Wildcats this season with three of them being some form of a white uniform. In addition to that there will be a state pride uniform with red and copper as well as a "desert ops" version that features copper as well.

The Wildcats will also sport a Kay Yow version of its uniform this season that will be black with pink trim.

Many of the combinations will feature a fade element that reminiscent of what Arizona had as part of its football uniforms in the 2013 season.

"Our relationship with Nike has always been great, but they have given us the most they ever have and asked us to wear more uniforms than ever before," Miller said at UA's media day. "And we're excited to do that."
