Hill, Morrison Perry, Jr. share MVP honors
Phoenix, Ariz. - Although it’s arguable that the best player in Arizona this past weekend actually resides in Las Vegas, Nevada, the Arizona Preps Fall Showcase was full of future Division I basketball prospects from the Grand Canyon State.

Harvey Perry, Jr. (Cheyenne HS in N. Las Vegas) was named co-MVP along with Arizonan stars Lawrence Hill (Glendale, Deer Valley) and Ty Morrison (Phoenix, Trevor Browne). But instead of ranking who we thought were the top 15 or 20 players from this weekend, we thought we’d switch it up a little bit with a bunch of top 5’s in various aspects of the game.
Showcase host Anthony Ray put on a great event, and other than one shattered backboard and a few stitches, everything went off without a hitch. We hope to follow suit with the lists below.
