Arizona Cactus Classic Preview: Pool G

The second annual Arizona Cactus Classic tips off on Friday, May 18, and the tournament pools have been released. Throughout the week, we'll break down all the pools and teams, giving a comprehensive look at what to expect at this year's tournament.

Notes:
San Diego big man Jeremy Tyler is one of the top players in the 2010 class and dominated the Cactus Classic a year ago. Tyler was a freshman on Jamelle Horne's San Diego High School team this past season and will get to show how much he's improved over the last year.
There's three other highly rated freshmen on the Supreme: point guard Gary Franklin, shooting guard Tyler Lamb and wing Dwayne Polee, a USC commitment.
The roster includes Zhaoux Zhang, a 7-foot-3 senior center from China.

2007 small forward Andre McFarland originally committed to Idaho but has opened things up and schools he's considering include Boston College, Colorado State, Ole Miss and San Diego State.
Another senior on M33M is shooting guard Dwight Buycks, who has offers from Bradley and Wisconsin-Green Bay.
One of 2008's top point guards, Elliot Williams is Rivals.com's 30th overall player in the country. His offer sheet includes Duke, Memphis, Tennessee and Georgia Tech.
Shooting guard D.J. Seeley made a significant debut in the Rivals.com 2008 rankings, coming in at 39th nationally. He's a fun player to watch and will star with Williams in the M33M backcourt.
The 66th ranked player in the 2008 class, 6-foot-8 power forward Malcolm White is verbally committed to Ole Miss.
Alabama small forward Christian Watford moved up to 24th in Rivals.com's latest 2009 rankings. He'll be one of the top underclassmen in action this weekend.
Shooting guard Sampson Carter and center Chano Rashaldin are two more 2008 prospects to watch.

Taylor Rohde is a 2008 forward who made an early commitment to Arizona State, choosing the Sun Devils over New Mexico.
2009 forward Colin Borchert is a prospect receiving attention from Arizona, UCLA and Arizona State, among others.
2008 point guard Marques Coleman and 2008 wing Nico Sachs are both receiving college attention.
