Hall at practice, with the program

Oh, the surprises you will find at Arizona football practice.
As the media waited Tuesday evening for the Wildcats to wrap up and head coach Rich Rodriguez to give his latest updates, injured senior Adam Hall was spotted in uniform with a yellow practice jersey draped over it, gasping for air after a workout.

"He's just here working out," Rodriguez said of Hall, who tore his ACL in the spring for a second consecutive season.
But it's an upgrade over Hall's status last week, when Rodriguez was unsure of the safety's whereabouts after he was "not allowed" to be part of the team's first meeting because he was not considered part of the 105-player group.
Hall had been in communication with team trainers, Rodriguez said at the time, but not much else until a meeting last Thursday with the first-year head coach. Now, he's "with the program," Rodriguez said after practice.
While it appears the same injury could knock Hall out for most, if not all, of the the season like last year, Rodriguez was unsure about a concrete timetable for a return.
"I'll let the medical people determine that - whether he's ready to go next spring or not," Rodriguez said.
