Arizona adds three-star LB Ryan Dunn

Arizona has made it a habit of being the first program to offer many 2013 recruits this cycle, and it has really started to pay off. Just a couple hours after adding a commitment from quarterback recruit Brandon Cox, the Wildcats added their second verbal pledge with linebacker Ryan Dunn committing to UA as well.
The three-star outside linebacker was excited when he spoke with GOAZCATS.com about his decision.

"It feels great, I can't wait to go have a strong senior season and already know where I'm going," he said. "I can't wait to go to Arizona."
Dunn visited Tucson earlier this spring and he said after talking with his family over the last couple days he felt the time was right to make the call.
"I talked to my parents about it a lot," he said. "I went down there over spring break and met the coaches, and I just felt really comfortable. I loved the campus and I loved the area it was in. And I decided that was the place I wanted to be, so I figured that out a couple days ago and called them up today and told them I was committing."
The 6-foot-3 recruit didn't have many offers and he said the Wildcats expressing early interest had a lot to do with his decision Thursday.
"That was definitely a big thing for me," he said. "I definitely want the coaches that I'm going to play for to believe in me and believe in the ability I have. So that was definitely a thing pushing or persuading me that Arizona was the school I wanted to be at and those were the coaches I wanted to play for and work with."
Dunn's focus will now shift toward his senior season, as he said he "is fully committed to Arizona."
The three-star prospect's commitment made No. 16 overall for the Wildcats so far in the 2013 class.
