Arizona has been taking its time after National Signing Day to get out new offers, but as things transition from one class to the next the Wildcats have started to take a closer look at the 2018 class and Thursday two new offers went out. One of them made its way to Tulare, California for Tulare Union running back and receiver Kazmeir Allen. The 5-foot-10 recruit already has Eastern Washington on his list and Thursday he was able to get on the phone with Rich Rodriguez and get the official word on his latest offer.

"He told me he was going to give me a full ride," Allen said of his conversation with the Arizona head coach. "I can either play running back or slot whatever I wanted."

It is still early in the process for Allen as things get going in the new recruiting cycle, but he has heard good things about Arizona and having the option to play a couple different spots for the Wildcats is something that appeals to him in the onset.

"He told me he liked my athletic ability," the junior said. "He told me on the phone that I can play pretty much whatever I wanted for Arizona."

Allen is a multi-sport athlete who is currently in his basketball season still. As a junior on the football field he rushed for 1,842 yards and 27 touchdowns including 11 100-yard rushing games. He also caught 46 passes for 582 yards and seven more scores. On special teams he also had two kickoff returns for touchdowns as well.
