BruinBlitz looks at hoops recruiting - part II

UCLA is recruiting far and wide this year as the coaches try to bring in new players to make up for what Coach Ben Howland admits were recruiting mistakes during the last two years. This is the second of several articles where BruinBlitz.com analyzes the high school players that UCLA is recruiting. We take stock of the rest of the seniors in the class of 2010 that appear on UCLA's want list in this story.

Number one on the list is Michigan point guard Ray McCallum. He is a 6-1 athletic player who is highly ranked in the senior class and is wanted by most major programs. He is ranked 15th at his position and 60th overall nationally. BruinBlitz.com has seen him in numerous games during the last two years and we are impressed with his point guard skills and shooting ability. He made an official visit to UCLA last November along with Trey Ziegler and Tyler Lamb and played a series of pick-up games with them and the current UCLA players.
