Hey everyone. I’d like to start out by saying how excited I am to be a new member of the GOAZCATS.com family.

I’m studying journalism at the University of Arizona in hopes to polish and expand my career as a sports reporter. I love everything about sports - they anchor my first childhood memories.

You name it, and I’ve probably played it: basketball, volleyball, track, soccer, tennis, softball, cross country... the list goes on. Not to mention all of the “unofficial” backyard football and baseball games played with my big brother and his friends growing up.

I have lived in six different states, including Connecticut, California, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Ohio and Arizona. I’m not a military brat (typically most people’s first guess), my family has just moved around a lot.

I moved to Tucson just before high school and have resided in the desert ever since.

I walked on to the Arizona volleyball team as a middle blocker my freshman year.

On my free time, I like to hang out with friends, write songs, play the guitar, wrestle with my dog (Moose) and draw in my sketchbook. Something most people don't know about me is I play the saxophone.
