Assuming that Jerryd Bayless stays committed to Arizona, the Wildcats already have three players in its 2007 recruiting class.

The UA has a combo guard in Bayless, a small forward in Jamelle Horne and a center with Alex Jacobson.

The most likely scenario is that Arizona brings in two more players on scholarships. One of those rides is reserved for a forward and Gary Johnson is the top prospect at that position.

With the other scholarship, the UA wants to bring in a shooter. Coming off a season in which shooting was such a problem for the Wildcats, there's no question that Arizona needs a player with that skill.
