CAVE CREEK, Ariz. -- Just before tipoff of his son's high school basketball game, Mike Bibby couldn't help but smile Friday night when he watched a pair of students from the opposing high school roll into the gymnasium at Cactus Shadows High School.

One donned a Bibby Arizona Wildcats throwback, the other in his Sacramento Kings jersey. Both eventually walked up the stands to get an autograph from the man himself, and Bibby happily obliged.

This is life for Mike Bibby now, but he is still working toward that day he pulls on another uniform.

"I think I can still play," the 34-year-old told GOAZCATS.com.
